The title is not a typo. BigRentz is really one word. How do I know this? I wrote their brand book.
BigRentz wanted to refresh their positioning so that people perceived their brand as something personable and accommodating. With those goals in mind, I create a new tagline, as well as communication guidelines on positioning the brand both internally and externally.
